We had a fantastic stay at the cozy Rum Bridge Gypsy 'Rose'. Carol, the host, was incredibly friendly and respected our privacy. Her cooked breakfasts were absolutely brilliant. The peaceful and quaint atmosphere was perfect for catching up with a dear friend over teacups and wine. We also loved that we could bring our little blind dog along, who enjoyed sitting in the doorway and taking in the smells. The location near Clare village was convenient, and we enjoyed exploring the area. We're already planning to make this an annual tradition, and we're excited to return with my husband. We even checked out the tents on the site and loved the private little areas they offered.
Loved everything! 😊

Had a wicked Christmas weekend! Facilities were top notch, always clean and tidy. Loved that the food was cooked to order, and the breakfast options were bomb, especially the pancakes. The location was prime, right near all the cool places to eat and the beautiful country park. And the best part? The lakeside vibe was so chill, perfect for a weekend getaway. Already recommending it to everyone!
Only downer was no kettle or camping stove for that essential bed tea or coffee. Bit of a bummer, but nothing major.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and the room had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with beautiful lakeside views and close proximity to a lovely town. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast selection could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to cater to different preferences.
